Our House has 16 group homes with 4-6 residents in each home. Of these homes 8 of them have residents with behavior support plans and 2 other homes have individuals whose data we are tracking. As the director of a new program I was responsible for making community contacts; daily schedules; transportation routes; intake interviews for participants; and maintain state and agency paperwork. Working in a day program with adults diagnosed in the Autistic Spectrum. Weekly activities include but not limited to: cooking; gardening; shopping; bagging groceries; volunteer work; community service projects; basic social activities and daily life activities.

Design individual fitness plans for cancer survivors that are performed in a group setting. Each 12 week session meets 2 times a week for 1.5 hours. During these sessions I am responsible for the fitness plans as well as implementing an overall healthy lifestyle, which also include: nutrition; meditation; restorative breathing; and any other alternate.
