Apostle organizational leader, and now Author Rochelle Grant has been a well-known figure throughout the State of Texas for more than 20 successful years. Rochelle Grant is the Co- Founder of the successful All Area Ministries along with being the Founder of the successful God's Appointed Times Ministries; in Dallas Texas. Due to her Associate and Bachelor studies in Criminal Justice and Criminal Psychology at Texas A&M University Commerce, and her experience with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, the State Parole Supervision with Dr. Emmett J.Conrad Leadership Program, and with law enforcement led Mrs.Grant to establish the Put Your Hands Up & Stop the Violence organization. An Organization that spreads the awareness of youth violence prevention within communities; while at the same time providing positive, successful, solutions, and her diligence in making sure all types of communities thrive has quickly gained supporters to the likes of community leaders, politicians, and celebrities.
