Ms. Rochelle Lawrence was born in the United States Virgin Islands and raised in the British Virgin Islands. She began her career as a Teachers’ Aid at a public primary school where her passion for teaching began. Shortly thereafter, she had a keen interest in the ‘Corporate World’ and began working in the Legal and Corporate fields. She escalated very quickly into various roles from Receptionist, Secretary, Administrative Assistant and then Senior Office Administrator with duties such as coordinator of training programs, team building activities, project management, building maintenance, manual preparation, and scheduling. During this time, she also traveled to different offices within the Company and completed a Secondment in Isle Of Man, Channel Islands where she shadowed the Global Head Of Business Management. Working in an International firm allowed her to develop her interpersonal skills, mold her desire to confidentially serve clients, establish a great work ethic and pay close attention to detail. Rochelle has a proven track record of strong communication skills, the ability to adapt to diversity, and a superior aptitude for performing tasks in a timely manner. She is currently a student at a private university in South Florida where she is pursuing her Bachelors’ of Science in Human Resources (BSHRM). She will compliment this BS with a Masters in Human Resources Management (MSHRM). Rochelle is currently a student chapter member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SRHM) & Greater Miami Society for Human Resources Management (GMSHRM). She attends seminars and training sessions throughout the year. During her spare time she works on short term tasks and projects and is preparing to sit for the Professional Human Resources Certification exam.
