Rochelle Marcus represents the parents of gifted students, students suspected of having a disability, students who are being bullied or disciplined, students who have a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities or have a record of such impairment or who are regarded as having a disability. Ms. Marcus is able to file due process, litigate in State and Federal court, file state complaints with the Florida Department of Education and file complaints with the Office of Civil Rights. She participates in mediations, assists at I.E.P., eligibility and manifestation determination meetings. She represents clients at expulsion and reassignment hearings. She pursues student testing and classroom accommodations at every grade level from Pre-Kindergarten to Graduate school.
