Daily clerical duties- Filing Updating in staff Rotas Ordering all equipment and stationary Dealing with all invoices Making yearly orders for Sterile Services Data inputting Creating spreadsheets Communicating with all members of the team on a daily basis Making sure stock was up to date for Main theatre surgeries

Creating reportsCollating data and emailing to financeCreating new spreadsheets Analysing data on ambulance tracking system Ordering stationary/ vehicle equipmentBooking Taxi's for staff and patients

Answering and transferring callsAnswering calls on helpdesk and logging in jobs for maintenance Answering emergency calls and taking appropriate action to deliver the message through the hospital
