Oversaw day-to-day tasks at the restaurant, efficiently managing both back-of-house and front-of-house staff and operations. Additionally, I maintained and updated all social media activity for the company (Instagram, Facebook, company website), posting daily/weekly content and engaging with followers.

Directed Afterschool programming, offering extended educational support as well as allowing for creativity and expansion of artistic interests for students Pre-K through fifth grade. Oversaw a team of 14, in charge of more than 60% of the school population (by the end of my term).I began my employment as the Second and Third-grade group counselor, and at the end of my first year of employment as a counselor, I became the Assistant Director as assistant director, I oversaw the day-to-day operations, providing admin support, and acting as the liaison, bridging the regular school day and after school. At the end of my second year, I was named Program Director due to my keen organizational skills, impeccable relationships with staff and family, and vision for after-school programming. Additionally, my reorganization of afterschool programming brought the afterschool population from 10% attendance (my first year) to 70% of the entire school (at the end of my tenure).
