Here, I worked with the Centre for Smart Transportation, a research group in the Faculty of Engineering, where I:• Developed and edited all of our communications materials as well as our technical presentations, guides, templates, research grant proposals, academic papers, and reports. • Provided writing instruction for English-as-a-second-language Master’s and Ph.D. students to help them publish their research work in peer-reviewed journals.• Oversaw all of the CST's internal, external, and digital communications initiatives and took a leadership role in developing and implementing a variety of communications tactics that support the CST’s strategic direction. • Created our quarterly newsletter, our marketing program, our web strategy and content. • Organized our inaugural annual transportation symposium and steering committee convention, both of which drew industry leaders from across Canada and China.
