I led the analysis of competitive evaluation for a Fortune 1000 QSR Corporation toinform digital site and app redesign. I synthesized actionable insights and key findings from client’s competitors to create a presentation deck of recommendations to the client. I contributed to the creation of visual artifacts to better illustrate findings for the stakeholder presentation. The research study findings informed the next round of innovative feature concept testing for the client.

I worked with my team to facilitate conversations with key department stakeholders and users to identify and prioritize problems and goals. I performed a content audit and heuristic analysis to evaluate the current state of department-owned webpages. I collaborated with my team to create a report of findings and presented actionable recommendations to College leadership resulting in a prioritized backlog for the department team. I contributed artifacts and inspiration that key department stakeholders were able to use in other studies and to initiate new projects.
