I had the most amazing opportunity to join the Campus Events Team at LinkedIn but upon that time to make a decision of continuing my journey there or taking a leap of faith into building my own business, the unknown won. Becoming a small business owner has opened so many doors not only in the event planning world but beyond into industries I never thought would be in my path. The Social Spree specializes in weddings & special events locally here in Fresno, CA but my feet love to travel! In regards to weddings, I offer a wide range of services including full planning services for couples that want to be semi-hands on during their planning journey but need a professional to carry out all the details. I absolutely love taking ideas and planning every detail to offer flawless execution! I also offer month-of coordination and partial wedding planning for any couple wishing to tap into their inner Planner. But my passion doesn't just end with weddings. I also offer comprehensive planning services for reunions, birthday parties, showers, bachelorette parties, and corporate events.

Each summer starting with 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 (cancelled), and 2021 I serve as the liaison between the Promoter, Richter Entertainment Group, and the venue, Ironstone Vineyards, to coordinate all details related to venue requirements. I work closely with the Production Manager on show advancements, supervising and working alongside concert chair set up and crew members, and keeping a detailed task list of what each show requires. I create show timelines for venue teams to execute while also serving as main contact for all CHP, Sheriff, and Ambulance. I'm responsible for contracting and managing 6 outside food vendors and 2 volunteer groups that are imperative to the success of each show.

Combining my passions for collaboration, project management, team building, creativity, and of course - wine, I jumped into this position head first. I led an ambitious team of about 55 across 8 departments with the common goal to provide gracious hospitality and world class wines to our guests. Whether it's working in fulfillment to ensure orders are going out promptly to running food orders for the Bistro and everything in between, I enjoy wearing all the hats that are incorporated into this company. I also have the pleasure of expanding my experience in Concert Management each summer since 2012 while working closely with our Promoter for our infamous summer concert series.

I wear many hats as Event Manager at this beautiful outdoor venue! Whether its a wedding, birthday party, fundraiser, social event or a company dinner party, I have my hands in the pot from start to finish. Our venue is unique in the fact that we have gorgeous walnut orchards, rustic building structures, luscious lawns and even river access. No two days are alike and I enjoy seeing what all our venue can accommodate!- Maintain a very busy calendar of events- Host venue showings on a daily basis - Build and enforce event contracts- Create & maintain the always changing event invoices- Keep social media accounts and website updated with venue information and event photos- Handle logistics of rental orders & labor for our scheduled events- Keep an open line of communication with all clients to ensure details don't fall through the cracks- Work with the Grounds team to keep the property so appealing- Step in to assist labor, as needed- Day-of contact for all scheduled events- Ensure on-site ranch house is properly maintained and serviced

Basically, my job was to have fun promoting the culture of LinkedIn through coordinating epic events for our global intern program! Rolling out the blue carpet for our interns in all aspects of their experience from swag to exclusive speaker series with our top execs to unimagined events. These students were our future so we wanted to offer opportunities to maximize their semester with us.- Maintained busy event calendar with options always in mind for changes- Conceptualized through execution and average of 16 onsite and offsite events at one time - Worked closely with catering, AV & IT, Security and Facilities - Composed clear communication with all interns and supporters to ensure alignment - Assumed additional projects as needed for the benefit of the team

With a growing love for events, taking on the concert industry was a dream job! I took on challenges head on, met lots of fun people and took on additional duties as needed. - Direct Contact for Tour Managers to negotiate riders, advance shows, supervise meet & greets, and coordinate Green Room- Oversaw front of house teams: security, first response, event staff, and grounds crew- Coordinated all logistics for Talent hotel, airport, merchandise, and Banquet Event Orders- Schedule and submit medicals for MMA fighters- Book all out of town itineraries for Tachi Palace Fights events- Interact with guests during events to obtain feedback and implement suggestions- Collect bid information for holiday events and serve as direct contact until completion- Sourced and booked the three bars live local entertainment: negotiate payment, collect paperwork, submit for payment
