With over 25 years in the technical industry and as an employee of Allyis, my journey began with the company's startup phase, witnessing and contributing to its growth from 10 employees located in Kirkland, Washington back in 1998 to over 1,000 employees across the US, India, Costa Rica, and Romania today. While my experience with one of Microsoft’s leading suppliers has encompassed marketing, business management, knowledge management, SharePoint project management, and team leadership, the bulk of my career has centered on enhancing the employee experience across all facets of Human Resources. With this diverse background, I possess a unique set of skills and expertise that enable me to navigate the complexities of balancing client and employee needs while also supporting delivery and operations. Key highlights include experience supporting due diligence for two company sales (2013, 2021), the set-up of new country locations (Canada, Romania), global policy creation, integration, benefits administration, reporting, process improvement, communications, change management and employee relations.
