Results-driven work ethic with over 15 years of leading and managing new and successor teams (teachers and school leaders) in turnaround, founding, and fully scaled middle schools in the public, charter, and in-district charter sectors. Being strategic, visionary, motivational, responsive, and resourceful is an integral component of what it takes to effectively build and manage high-functioning teams, projects, and professional development that engage various stakeholders— aspiring, emerging, new, and veteran leaders. Managing the direct development of over a dozen teachers and leaders to advance in professional growth and leadership, I exceed expectations in the leadership development of others through strong coaching and project management practices. Creating the avenue and environment for educators to discover their full leadership potential is my driving force when managing teams and creating transformational changes within the communities I serve.
