Supporting the Stars and Heath Equity programs in the Strategy and Quality Health Integration Departments.

Working in both the Joint Commission and Regulatory departments to ensure compliance with state and federal laws, The Joint Commission, and contractual obligations with clients. I provide subpoena requests, quantitative reports, and license renewals to state departments and boards of nursing nationwide. I also review all contracts before execution for clients and vendors to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. I am a key contributor for all audits and surveys as well implementing plan of corrections when needed. I also prepare statistical reports and dashboards for internal and external parties.

As a managed service provider for healthcare systems, we are an extension of the facilities HR team. I managed onboarding all new hospitals to our compliance program as well as reviewing contracts. Meeting with them to ensure on the front end that all internal, joint commission, and state specific requirements have a plan in place for success. We maintained records to reproduce for audits as well as updating any medical documents, backgrounds, licenses, and certifications. Collected data to run various reports and audits weekly for the HR partners within the hospitals. Lastly, backup for invoicing and billing as needed.

Working internally to manage the on-boarding and orientation process of all contractors. Running background checks and drug tests per client specifications. Completing audits, drafting contracts, managing unemployment claims, and providing customer service to contractors as well as clients. Walking new hires through pay preferences, benefits, time keeping, etc. Completing payroll and travel requests when needed.

Green Bay, Wisconsin Area

Managing the HACCP, SQF, and ISO 9001 systems implemented within the facility. Responsible for ensuring integrity in document control, statistical analyses, food safety plans, systems verification, corrective actions, training requirements, recalls/nonconforming product, product sampling, internal/external audits, GMPs, allergen management and specifications of products. Overseeing all trials conducted on the converting machines and working with customers to guarantee the machine has the capabilities and that the specifications are achieved within target range.

Chilton

Responsible for all day to day tasks and technical regulations in an ISO 17025, A2LA accredited food and pharmaceutical laboratory. Supporting the quality system with document control, non-conforming testing work, PAR/CAR’s, and root cause analysis. Managing inventory, chemicals and associated MSDS, also supplier technical records/certifications. Certified internal auditor of the ISO standard. Training all incoming employees. Running mycotoxin and microbiological testing on incoming commodities, environmental conditions, and finished products. Responsible for proficiency testing. Using lims, excel, and word for data analyses. Making, authorizing, and sending certificates of analysis. Independently formulated proprietary processes for innovation and product development of small animal bedding on a pilot system with knowledge from previous paper experience.

Neenah

Ran, calibrated, and maintained all laboratory testing equipment and records for compliance. Computed statistical reports from various systems such as MES and SAP on cost of quality. Wrote a chemical management policy, one point lessons, and SOP’s. Organized and tested various trial products on converting machines and a pilot system. Worked with account representatives to investigate customer complaints at the manufacturing level and prevent reoccurring issues. Gave statistical analysis on specifications and updated specifications in SAP. Supported with 3rd party audits and ISO 14001 record retention.

Researching to optimize protocol of box-PCR and electrophoresis methods from primary literature to use as a typing method for strains of a bacteria. Analyzing banding patterns on different strains for species relatedness. Writing safety methods for the lab, grants and reports as well as keeping detailed records.

Performed qPCR as well as routine E.Coli, enterococci, and coliform analyses on the beach water accurately and on a daily basis. Entered results into excel and on to the Wisconsin Beach Health website. Kept a detailed laboratory notebook. Set up, adjusted, maintained, and operated laboratory equipment and instruments. Follow all safety, regulatory and standard operating procedures and used aseptic techniques. Giving assistance to the audit and reviewing records for compliance.

Used Xactimate and Compass Max to enter in estimates to be sent to insurance companies. I would direct projects, ensuring successful completion. Keeping in line with OSHA regulations and company policy. I Monitored and reported on progress. Checked for quality assurance and made phone calls to customers.
