A commercially astute, thoughtful and culturally inclusive leader with a solid general management foundation in the retail sector, Rochelle has broad business and deep HR experience. Rochelle further supports her work by leveraging her credentials as a passionate coach who fosters authenticity, courage, and individual empowerment. She is committed to guiding her clients on their unique transformative journey and to keeping them safe as they unlock and release their true potential.She holds CPCC professional coaching certification from Co-Active Training Institute, A Master of Science in International HR Management from Cranfield Business School of Management in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Natal, Durban in South Africa. Rochelle is a dual South African/British national living in Switzerland. She is passionate about environmental philanthropy and volunteers her time as a Board Member of the Bullens Heimann and Friends Foundation. She has teenage twins and in her spare time, she reads widely, enjoys outdoor hiking and experiences new cultures through travel.
