Reporting directly to the Global VP for Leadership, Learning and Talent Development, I lead the Learning Solutions section to ensure that DP World learning, leadership and talent management curricula, tools and processes adhere to the highest quality standards, frameworks and processes.My achievements on this role to date are:Developed and maintained effective policies and procedures, Learning and Development manuals, toolkits for L&D Manager and Coaches for DP World Hub (and franchise hubs), reviewing and auditing as necessary. Developed and implemented strategic and operation plans to ensure the continuous improvement of programme design and delivery, and the management of said delivery.Lead the setting up of processes for managing all learning content designers, facilitators, coaches, assessors, etc.Responsible for managing, maintaining and updating the core curricula of all of DP World functions and business lines, ensuring consistency of content and tools globally.
