CIPD, CPTM and CPLP qualified, and with a dedicated passion for learning and development, I have based my career on ensuring the highest standards of international programme design and delivery.Since joining DP World in 2008, I have played a key role in the development of global learning strategy. I have successfully lead the Program Management section in ensuring that DP World learning, leadership and talent management curricula, tools and processes adhere to the highest quality standards, frameworks and processes designed and implemented standards on learning design and delivery. I played key role in planning and designing a suite of international training programmes across 80 terminals, utilising my knowledge of adult learning , training and development and learning technologies.A strong quality manager with a meticulous eye for detail, I act as a Certified Lead ISO Auditor and Senior Assessor for the Dubai Quality Award, taking charge of quality-led projects to ensure high standards are consistently met. I was proud to have achieved DP World’s ‘Going the Extra Mile’ award, and a nomination for ‘Employee of the Year’ in recognition of my commitment to excellence.My approach to communication is welcoming, inclusive and culturally aware, and I often receive positive feedback from my stakeholders on the projects that I lead and training and programme delivery frameworks and toolkits that I designed.
