Hi, my name is Rochim and I am a passionate 21-year-old entrepreneur with a love for programming. Over the last 5 years, I have been dedicated to starting a software house and building a business that provides high-quality software solutions.As an individual who is passionate about programming, I am always seeking to improve my skills and stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments. I frequently participate in coding sessions with my team to create high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.In 2018, I founded Jasa Roger, which offered software house services, company profile creation, and design. In 2019, I won an entrepreneurship competition that allowed me to secure funding to build Smarteschool.id. Since then, I have been bootstrapping the development of the business to ensure that we can grow in a sustainable way.Today, Smarteschool.id has grown to employ 30 people and has attracted over 200,000 users throughout Indonesia. Throughout this journey, I have learned valuable lessons on building a strong team, managing finances, and staying innovative in the face of constant technological advancements.I am proud of the success that I have achieved and am passionate about continuing to innovate and grow with Smarteschool.id.   As the first programmer and current CEO at Smarteschool.id, I had the privilege of leading the development of high-quality products that are currently used by over 200,000 users throughout Indonesia. I remember vividly the long hours spent building the platform from scratch and constantly refining it to ensure a seamless user experience for our users.At Smarteschool.id, I had the opportunity to apply my extensive experience and expertise in web and mobile development to create innovative technology solutions that meet the needs of our users. It was truly fulfilling to see the positive impact our solutions had on the education industry, and to witness firsthand how our platform had helped students and educators throughout the country.Beyond my role as a programmer and CEO, I was also involved in developing the business of Smarteschool.id. It was a challenging but rewarding experience to contribute to designing the right business strategies to expand our market and accelerate the growth of our business. I had to constantly balance my knowledge and skills in technology development with the practicalities of business management, which was a steep learning curve but one that I am grateful for.Looking back, the journey at Smarteschool.id has been a fulfilling one, and it has taught me the importance of creating innovative technology solutions that have a positive impact on people's lives.
