With over 15 years of diverse and progressive experience in finance, accounts, and tax, I am a Senior Manager at Tata Trusts, one of the largest philanthropic organizations in India. As a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Forex and Treasury Management certified professional, I have acquired and demonstrated a range of competencies in direct and indirect tax compliance, advisory, and litigation, as well as in financial management, reporting, and analysis.In my current role, I assist the Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) in various functions and domains, such as FEMA, FCRA, CSR, Maharashtra Public Trust Act, secretarial work, audit, accounts closing, budgeting, and cash flow reporting. I also provide management advisory and structuring of business transactions, and support decision making by providing analytical information and details. Previously, I worked with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), Tata Sons, and Big 4s, where I gained valuable insights and exposure to different sectors and industries. My mission is to leverage my skills and expertise to drive impact and innovation in the development sector, and to contribute to the vision and goals of Tata Trusts.
