Buffer is a social media management tool that helps creators and small businesses grow their audience. I work on updating the old pieces on their blog and optimizing it for SEO (along with the latest info!).

I write articles for CS teams regarding customer success software, tips, and advise. I use my background as a CS associate to add a personal touch to the articles — and interview other CSMs when necessary.

CoSchedule provides marketers with tools and training to do their best work. I work on their blog—sometimes writing new articles, sometimes updating old articles—to give the most accurate and actionable advice to marketers.

B2B SaaS Reviews is a media site where the majority of the content is for software vendors. I wrote an article about how buyers can thoroughly vet reviews to make an informed decision.

I write in-depth, research-driven, wholesome productivity content for Todoist. The blogs are product-led and I often interview experts to enrich the piece.

Plus is a self-updating screenshot tool. I help the company create product-led and authority-building long-form pieces—whether that's tool comparisons or best software roundups.

BetterUp produces a LOT of excellent content, reports, and interviews on employee mental health. My role is to turn these long-form pieces into LinkedIn posts—repurposing the full-of-wisdom nuggets into digestible chunks.

Sunsama believes in sustainable productivity—like me. I write about how to get things done, minus the overwhelm (using Sunsama). I also often turn to fellow marketers and knowledge workers to interview them for insights.

Kynship has a strong POV on influencer marketing—and my job was to let it shine in their blogs. I imbibed their thought leadership with educational blogs to create standout blog content. I also used Clearscope to optimize for SEO.

Customer Camp is all about buyer research. I helped Katelyn (founder) create content around buyer personas, review mining, and more.

Content marketing is my wheelhouse, and Contently's blog is the proof. I wrote about SEO, customer research, repurposing content, and B2B influencer marketing.

I worked with a portfolio of clients—leading them through in-depth product walkthroughs, sharing new features, and helping them optimize the software for their needs. I also wrote new articles on the company's "help" site as new features were released and handled customer support tickets.
