Activation person for me is like to be a halfbreed of creative, applied sciences, project and budget management. Got to have balance between imagination and technical but the most essential is planning and project management.Because as an Activation person we got to have a deep understanding on how to activate the brands and manage all deliverables accordingly because we give experiences, we make people believe by touch the consumers directly.My role is to lead activation team on direction and structuring on strategic creative, concept to meet the campaign goals and always look forward for new tools and ideas for brand activation and brand engagements.I worked on most Multinational FMCG Brands and company like Unilever, Kraft Heinz ABC, Coca Cola, Facebook, Manchester United with milestones such as :Magnum Ice Cream (Unilever) Project for 3 years ( 2013-2016) and won 3 awards in 2016 by PMAA Dragons of Asia :1 )Blue dragon for the Best Campaign in Indonesia2) Gold for Best Brand Building and/or Awareness Campaign3) Silver for Best Event or Experiential Marketing CampaignKraft Heinz ABC from 2016 - now , which recently just won 2 awards," Blue Dragons Asia 2016 for Best Campaign By Country & Black Dragons Winner for Best Integrated Marketing Campaign 2017"Axe (Unilever) Launch Campaign from 2017-2019 with it's Axelerate Project theme and Ganteng Cara Gue.Manchester United for the last 3 years, BP and also Castrol for these 2 years.And many more in progress.
