(1) to provide Legal Opinion and IP Assessment; (2) IP dispute settlement though court (civil and/or criminal basis); (3) Alternative dispute settlement (mediation and/or negotiation); (4) agreement drafting and vetting; (5) to supervise investigation processes (including market surveys and on-site investigations); (6) to conduct IP monitoring services (watching services).

Legal Opinion and IP Assessment: to provide the legal opinion of the Client's case. Providing theClient with proper legal analysis regarding IP matters, including the recommendation on how to settle IP dispute. In other occasion, I also provide the Client with the strategy to market their product in Indonesia.Handling IP Substantive Examination and Opposition: supervising the drafting and sending of argument/rebuttal/appeal of the rejection from the IP Office during substantive examination. Tosupervise the drafting and filing the opposition against an IP application during publication period.Litigation and Infringement Proceeding: supervising litigation process (eg. Trademark Cancellation, Patent Revocation). To make sure that the Client has the legal standing to submit the lawsuit or to provide the Client with sufficient argument to defend his right. I am also in charge for assisting the Client to overcome infringement cases.Mediation and Negotiation: Assisting and/or representing the Client in mediation and negotiationproceeding. Usually in the matter of assignment. To negotiate with the IP owner so that the IP certificate can be obtained in accordance with the Client's budget. It is possible for me to travel to other city to attend the proceeding.Agreement Drafting and Vetting: to draft an agreement as well as to conduct vetting of an existingagreement in order to check if it is suitable with Indonesian Law or not. IP Monitoring: to conduct, monitor and supervise IP searches, Watching Services and Investigations (including market surveys and on-site investigations).

1. Handling the administrative matters regarding IP prosecution, including: (1) to conduct IP searches; (2) to prepare the IP application; (3) to periodically check the status of IP applications. 2. Providing assistance in IP research (for educational purposes);3. Providing assistance in IP socialization events.
