I’m an animator by qualification. But I wanted to explore the field of user experience design because I didn’t want to limit my skills to films and games. I wanted to help build products that make the people's life easier. I have always been a problem solver. Be it issues related to life or some digital/physical product, I do my best.I started off my career as a User Experience Designer at an I.T firm and have handled projects in e-learning and e-commerce domains. Over the last few years I’ve worked on inhouse-products as well as service products for clients. My work is mainly focused on building interactive experiences, user research and usability testing.I believe in making data driven decisions. Research has always been an important part of any project for me. I avoid the use of jargons and try to communicate clearly in a simple language which makes it easier for everyone to understand. I also believe in sharing my knowledge with anyone who is interested so I’ve been conducting sessions based on understanding user behavior, user research and product strategy within my organization and I'm planning to do so on a bigger scale eventually.
