• Co-led in the design and dissemination of the Continuous Improvement, Standard Work and 5S culture in production lines and administrative levels. These initiatives were useful in the preparation for FDA & Stryker.
• Performed a variability analysis and reduction on process for new Electro-Physiology product (from 12% to 5%)
• Redesigned line layouts for new product introduction (200+ sqft) as well as product redesign ($1M+ project, 600+ sqft space release). Additionally, line duplication for new Electro-Physiology products.
• Designed and implemented projects for the improvement of productivity (project of $60k+), cycle time (yearly improvement of 5%) and quality (Corrective/Preventive actions and reduction of Non Conforming Events).
• Established time standards within production lines (yearly improvement of 7% efficiency)
