Promote a safe and positive environment for children at all times.Supervise the day-to-day activities of the program while maintaining ratios within contract and insurance regulationsProvide academic assistance (homework)Initiate & implement daily activities (i.e. arts & crafts, snack, daily chores)Maintain positive and professional relationships with parents and childrenRedirect inappropriate child behavior and provide disciplinary action and notify Program Specialist when necessaryProvide specific communications with the parents regarding their child on a daily basisMaintain positive and professional relationships with site staff, school personnel, visitors, and potential clientsEnsure that designated school space is maintained in a clean and orderly mannerAttend staff meetings as assignedAttend a minimum of three Harmonium approved development trainings per school yearOther duties as assigned
