• Initiate the review of the quality systems at defined intervals, sufficient to ensure it's continuing stability and effectiveness.• Verify the accomplishment of the MQS and ISO 9001-20015• Participate in advanced quality Planning meeting for new products. Assure Control Plans, FMEA'S, and Characteristic sheets are developed in accordance with procedures.• Responsible to revalidate PPAP’s and Validate First Runs of the new products• Establish and maintain a statistical process control program, encompassing all production parts containing critical characteristics.• Supervise all preparations of customer surveys and audits• Customer contact for concerns, rejections, and PPAP submittals.• Organize, plan, direct, and monitor all activities of the quality department• Finalize all 8-D customer actions and distribute to all parties concerned
