As an R&D Microfluidics Engineer at Chronus Health, I apply my PhD in Chemical Engineering and my expertise in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to design, analyze, and improve microscale devices for rapid and accurate point-of-care diagnostics. I have over 8 years of combined experience in industry and academia, working on cutting-edge projects that solve complex engineering challenges and advance the field of microfluidics.In my current role, I collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, and clinicians to develop and optimize novel microfluidic systems that integrate sample preparation, detection, and readout for various biomarkers. I work on assay and medical tests automation. I also contribute to the fabrication, characterization, and integration of microfluidic components and sensors. I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge to create innovative and impactful solutions that improve healthcare and save lives.
