Following my work with property management, I came back to my first love, being a buyer and seller agent. As a seller agent, I focused on getting the best sale terms and closing the deal quickly so my clients could move forward with their lives. For buyer representation, I asked questions and built relationship in order to learn their preferences and what they needed in their new home. Then I went to work to find it for them, negotiating the terms to achieve their financial goals too.In addition, I assisted clients with selecting and purchasing land, enabling them to take steps to realizing their dreams. For my out-of-state clients who owned property here locally, no matter how they came to be investors, I ensured the renting process proceeded smoothly while they were long-distance. This reassured them that I would work diligently to protect their investment property.

While also pursuing my real estate passions, I opened my own business to provide one-on-one companion services to elderly and seniors. I found it fulfilling to support those who suffered from dementia and reduced mobility or health issues. This enabled family members to shop and work without worrying, knowing I would maintain a safe and comfortable home environment in their absence. I found a way to incorporate this work into my real estate career as I know how to connect with the 55+ community as they move into the empty nester phase of their lives.

Partnering with the property management team, I oversaw a 200-unit apartment complex investment property in the company’s portfolio. This included facilitating leasing, resident retention, and collection of monthly rents and security deposits. My background as a real estate agent provided the foundation I needed, and I enjoyed expanding my expertise to include investment operations. My client relationship skills came into play as I discussed strategy and goals with leadership, in addition to communicating with tenants.
