- Project for IBERIA: Preparation and organization of workshops in which both clients and employees participate, with the aim of improving the client experience by enhancing its purchase process in all key points.- Project for IKEA: Management of client information collection, through surveys, in order to elaborate databases and be able to operate them to obtain conclusions to improve client experience.- In addition, participation in the selection process of candidates for Mystery Shopping and interns training.
