Preparation and entry of journal entries for AP, AR, and General Ledger systems. Review and inputs invoices for correct coding, amount, and property. Assists in budget and CAM reconciliations. Maintain accurate financial records by recording transactions, posting debits and credits, and verifying financial data. Manage accounts receivable by generating invoices, tracking payments, and addressing customer inquiries. Handle accounts payable by processing invoices, verifying expenses, and preparing payments. Assist in the preparation and execution of month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliation.

Invoice processing: Review, verify and process invoices from vendors. Expense coding: allocate expenses to appropriate accounts, ensuring correct categorization. Payment processing: Initiate and process payments to vendors. Vendor management: Maintain a comprehensive database of vendors, including contact information and relevant documentation. Monitor and analyze expenses, identifying discrepancies or inefficiencies, and making recommendations for cost reduction. Provide guidance and training to junior staff or newcomers in the accounting department.

Respond and resolve guest issues, queries or complaints in a consistent, professional, and timely manner. Take ownership of all individual issues from initial inception/escalation to resolution. Administers reservations, booking, guest billing, and settling payments disputes when necessary. Ensure customer satisfaction with clear communication, empathy, and friendly attitude. Take initiative and processes matters without supervision.
