IT has been an adventure thus far. It is where I built myself to be a versatile teammate that is reliable, easy to interact and collaborate with, and provide leadership to help any team realize its full potential in every person.I have provided IT support and administration as an in-office, hybrid, and remote specialist throughout my career. I've done it all! However, I am a strong believer in always building one's self and always seeking adventure. There is always something new to learn, especially in an ever-changing world!As a Lead IT Helpdesk Specialist at Havas Edge, I am the main IT resource for our Dallas office and also provide IT support for our other Central and Eastern time zone offices. When I am not working on JIRA tickets, I am setting up laptops with Microsoft Intune Autopilot for new hires and building our team's first documentation hub in Microsoft 365 OneNote.My experience with ECI allowed me to provide system administrator level support to 600+ clients with diverse and ever-changing needs. From on-boarding new employees to troubleshooting Outlook to diagnosing Azure AD Connect errors, I helped clients address the every-day IT demands of a company so they can focus on what makes their business thrive.On top of that, I do have a passion for Project Management and am currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Applied Management at Grand Canyon University so I can make my difference as a PM in the future. When I worked at Coppell ISD, I got to head a project that involved relocating 200+ technology assets with 6 team members across 3 days for a construction move. It was a great feat for the team to accomplish and I look forward to doing great things just like that in the future!

Reviewed logs and discovered recently off-boarded user objects were inwrong OU.- Users were getting file path errors when opening DFS links from Outlook. Added a GPO (site-to-zone) to whitelist the DFS to resolve.Entra ID Admin Experience:- Gave user admin rights to Intune-managed Windows device in cloud tenant. Went to Manage Additional Local Admins and added user as one. Had them sign out/in on device to sync changes.- Received case to setup Otter.ai, which uses info from user's M365 tenant. Integrated app by allowing users to request access to apps and approved/setup with admin account.Intune/Azure Management Portal Experience:- Helped a teammate get an iPhone setup for a client that utilizes Apple Business Manager in conjunction with Intune.- AVD was frozen for a user. Went into Azure Management Portal and restarted it to resolve.Exchange/Purview Admin Experience:- Specific alert emails from 3rd party were not being received by client. Built message trace report to verify that alerts were never sent.- Users had OneDrive sync errors.
