• 10+ years project management experience. Planned, directed and managed large scale projects with high quality. Have experience for emerging product, from 0 to 1, and good at building the project team. • Full stack development capability. Have rich development experiences on frontend (JavaScript) and backend (PHP, Python, Java, C#), and have hands on experiences on mobile development (Ionic, Hybrid Solution) and system architecture. Familiar with whole development software development life cycle(SDLC). Understanding of WEB architecture (SOA, MVC, etc.) and web service (SOA, REST). Familiar with common cloud services such as AWS and Ali Cloud.• Also have rich experiences on search engine and information retrieval, familiar with the open source solutions (Sphinx / Solr / ElasticSearch) and commercial product (HP Autonomy). Understanding knowledge graph and have experiences on building it, could leverage knowledge to deliver semantic search.• Could analyze the impact of new solutions on processes of business and IT, develop and manage the workflows in alignment with business. Know how to make and update the disaster recovery plan (DRP), and maintain business continuity management (BCM) solution. Familiar with kinds of system, and also have experiences on building them, such as CRM, WMS, Wechat integration.• Have hands on experiences of security on application, data and infrastructure. Build the coding standards and development process on security, conduct security audit for project, do the security review regularly.As the company key member to help company get the ISO 27001 certification.• Know Business Intelligence and Competitive Intelligence, could leverage the corresponding data and NLP technology to dig out the value information, help management team on decision making.• Proven problem solving skills with an emphasis on quick problem resolution.
