I am a passionate art educator who believes in the power of art to change students lives. Creative thinking, problem solving, communication, and self expression are all focuses of my classroom curriculums. As a national board certified teacher, I understand the importance of creating and implementing dynamic environments to connect students with their families, school, and broader communities. Currently working as department chair, I am comfortable carrying extra responsibilities while still maintaining rigorous classroom expectations. I love what I do and hope that my passion and excitement motivates my students in my classroom and beyond.
