1: Manufacturing engineering leader to manage engineers and technicians, plan resource and allocation. 1:Spec and technical review, design(DFX) and process analysis (FMEA), BOM definition (Structure), process quotation/costing review. 2:Plan and drive project ramp up or production transfer. Review manufacturing documents, monitor production readiness, Monitor EC implementation status and material readiness, Monitor manufacturing status and collect data to ensure new project ramp up or production transfer on schedule, quality and cost. 3:Uses production and field data to monitor, control and improve product quality to improve the yield and reduce the field return rate for both new products and mass production products. Analyze failures and drive proper corrective actions. 4:Seek product cost reduction opportunity from design, alternative source and manufacturing process. Review design change, alternative component spec and process change to define qualification requirement, Estimate investment to calculate the potential saving, plan and lead cross functional team to complete the qualification process. 5:Perform Audits at the manufacturing partners to ensure compliance.

1:Support and review quotation for new projects. 2:Coordinate cross-functional team to review design for manufacturability(DFM). 3:Negotiate with customer about the cost, schedule new project plan. 4:Lead, manage, coordinate, drive and motivate the cross-functional teams to achieve new projects' objectives with focus on quality, schedule and cost. 5:Analysis, control and track the implementation of various ECO/MCO. 6:Monitor new project manufacturing status and drive proper corrective or improvement action to satisfy customer quality requirement. 7:Collect data and present customer new project performance report. 8:Track MP producing status, drive continuous improvement of production yield. 9:Provide engineering support to other departments for any engineering issue.

1: As engineering team leader to coordinate the team to review customer files. 2: As process engineer to review customer design/process files to complete DFM. 3: Collect data from cross-functional team to drive customer design improvement. 4: Schedule the engineering preparation plan and re-schedule the plan according to various ECO/MCO. 5: Allocate technical documents to cross-functional teams and lead, manage, coordinate, drive them to achieve new project objectives. 6: Hold NPI meeting to provide focal points from customer and review the preparation status. 7: As process engineer to lead production line setup. Define process flow and prepare process documents (such as FMEA, Flow-chart, WI and SMT profile definition etc) 8:Design assembly fixtures, tools and any other assembly equipments. 9:Perform process debug, FA with corrective action to reduce defects. 10:Collect data to complete NPI report. 11:Line capacity assessment and line setup for project ramp up to MP. 12:Implement customer's special experiment request and submit performance report. 13:Train the MP supporting engineers/technician, Closely monitor and assist pre-MP status to ensure smooth transition from NPI to MP.

Review and approve test and assembly WI. 7: Qualify new component and modify design for new source to achieve the cost reduction target. 8: Support the manufacturing engineer to analyze test failure and improve the process yield.
