I have professional experience in sales, marketing, operation and team management in both American and state-owned enterprises.Jan 2018，I'm the country sales leader for Engine&Mobile Hydlica filtration platform，I’m intergrating Parker Racor and Clorcar Baldwin business，channel，product，pricing，promotion，lead a high performance team for sales，marketing，engineering，Ops，quality，supply chain to be a China segment market leader.Since 2008, I lead Parker filtration business in China as Division Business Development &Marketing Manager, including multiple product platform, Engine&Mobile Filtration , Gas Filtration Separation,Process Filtration,Hydraulic Filtration.To develop business strategies and execution in key markets, including automotive,construction machinery, industrial machinery,compressor etc.2016 to 2018，I'm driving Parker Operating Protocol execution in China Filtration Division ,CHANGE management, big improvement in sales, net earnings, Pricing, SG&A, Productivity,RPPM,LEAN. The 2017 fiscal year sales increased 58% YoY. 2018 fiscal year to date sales increased about 50%.2013~2016, I also lead China Hydraulic filtration high performance team to turn around this platform from loss to break evenwhich was formed by sales and fully operation team, including workers.Deeply drove and break even finally.Between 2008 and 2017, the Division sales increased from $1.5m to about $120m.I joined shanghai Diesel engine company in 1999 after university.
