Company lost key contracts and funding to continue operations.

Director, Worldwide Public Sector Solutions and Marketing– Responsible for a team of 20 Sales, Marketing and Systems Engineers providing collaboration solutions in Federal, State and Local territories. Led the team through acquisition and integration, maintaining focus on quota and team goals, while aggressively hiring to build out the team for rapid expansion. Promoted to Worldwide management position leading a team to introduce new GIS visualization technology (Virtual Earth) to Public Sector clients. Joined Microsoft via acquisition of Groove Networks in 2005.
