Mr. Hanson is a Certified Enterprise Architect with an extensive development background spanning over 25 years in the areas of application architecture, design, development, integration and implementation. His broad end-to-end, hands-on experience allows him to see solutions to complex problems and communicate those solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.As an Enterprise Architect Mr Hanson works with business leaders to identify opportunities, describe a path toward realization, obtain consensus, and lead the teams that implement the plan. He has worked across the entire architecture spectrum. From small projects woven into the fabric of a larger architectural vision to large province wide initiatives that unify regionally siloed systems affecting tens of thousands of users and everything in between.Mr. Hanson has led teams ranging in size from 3 to 25 people. He has worked in industries ranging from non-profit organizations, government agencies, crown corporations as well as small businesses striving to give themselves a competitive advantage. Mr. Hanson’s major project experience has included an engineering support application in the pipeline corrosion detection industry. He has served the tourism industry on a provincial tourism initiative to index and expose attractions in the province of Alberta. He has also served the Workers Compensation Boards of both Alberta and the Northwest territories in the areas of systems failover communications and server architecture systems design. He has experience as a team lead and solution architect on a variety of projects both large and small working in the Microsoft development stack. In 2011, Mr. Hanson attained certification in The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF 9). In 2012, Mr Hanson qualified for certification as an SOA professional and SOA Professional Architect (Thomas Earl – SOA School). In 2017 Mr. Hanson also obtained ITIL Foundation certification.
