I work on two subcontracts. One for the United States Postal Service as a Business Analyst to provide support for their ongoing biometrics effort. The other is for an R&D effort for the US Army. I also support Stratagen corporate in several areas. As a Proposal Manager, I search for new opportunities of work and if the opportunity is approved by Stratagen management, I oversee the bid from compliance matrix creation to bid delivery. As a Quality Manager, I orchestrated the successful application and final certification of Stratagen's Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2015 and continue to ensure Stratagen's compliance with quality standards. I also researched and guided Stratagen to a successful Level 1 CMMC Assessment.

I coordinated efforts between County Chairs and attend functions in the First Congressional District on behalf of the WVGOP. I also helped local and statewide candidates during their campaigns for office.

I am the empowered Export Compliance Officer for Azimuth. My duties include maintaining Azimuth’s export registration, applying for export licenses, preparation and verification of various export documents, ensuring compliance with export regulations, maintaining and updating export procedures, screening potential customers and vendors, and training. I am well versed in International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and how they apply to maintaining proper regulatory compliance. I have applied for and obtained export licenses from both the Department of State and Department of Commerce and guided the successful export of Azimuth products for delivery to foreign customers. In addition to export licenses, I also create Distribution Agreements, Letters of Representation, Custodianship Notices, Carnet Applications, Certificates of Origin, Proforma Invoices, and other documentation as required to assure Azimuth compliance with export regulations.

I oversee Azimuth’s proposal efforts. My duties include searching open solicitations, presenting to Azimuth management possible solicitation opportunities, and overseeing solicitation response creation, editing, and production. I also generate or coordinate the following elements in proposal preparation: response outline, compliance matrix, technical and management volumes, draft reviews, writing assignments, milestone schedule, and proposal delivery. I also maintain the proposal library which contains resumes of all Azimuth staff, contract past performance documentation, previous solicitation responses, Azimuth capability statements and product summaries, and response templates.

I wrote the ISO 9001:2000 and the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Manuals for Azimuth. I orchestrated the successful registration to ISO 9001:2000 with no findings. The transition to the new ISO 9001:2015 Standard was also completed with no findings. I gather metrics and make suggestions to Azimuth management to continually improve processes in accordance with the company’s Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.

Program Manager of a team of engineers designing, building, testing and installing an integrated situational awareness system into multiple littoral Navy craft.Institute for Software Research (ISR) – While working on a NASA Dryden / ISR / West Virginia University (WVU) program, I derived an aerodynamic model of the Boeing 777 for use in a Fault Tolerant Flight Control System algorithm using an adaptive neural network. NETL (National Energy Technology Laboratory) – Supervised the design and manufacture of two different systems of PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) fuel cells. Both fuel cells used hydrogen as fuel. One was a small 35 Watt 12 Volt rugged militarized fuel cell built as a proof of concept for Department of Defense customers. The other fuel cell was a 50 Watt, 12 Volt unit manufactured as a transportable educational tool to be used at conferences and Department of Energy exhibitions.Member of a team of engineers that designed, integrated and installed on-site upgrades to Army communications systems. Tasks included designing bracketry for the new equipment, electrical interfaces, power management and data segregation. I also generated installation procedures, populated and maintained a hardware parts database for the project and revision control of AutoCAD technical drawings.NASA Independent Verification and Validation Facility, Fairmont, West Virginia. Performed and aided in preparing independent software assessments of Cassini planetary probe’s operating system and Space Shuttle flight software. I also created a central information exchange web page for NASA Software Working Group.

I prepared the Space Shuttle’s Main Propulsion System for flight at the Kennedy Space Center (KSC). Preparations included the following: post landing safety inspection and component damage assessment, cryogenic system leak checks, mechanical system functionality tests, preflight leak checks, system component checkouts and firing room testing. While at KSC, I was certified to perform autonomous checkout of ground support equipment, Space Shuttle functional tests, and prepare the Space Shuttle for launch from the Launch Control Center. During a typical processing flow of the Space Shuttle, I was required to supervise technicians while they performed repair, replacement, and retest of flight hardware. Also, I coordinated vendor repair of flight and ground support hardware components.
