Supervise and lead within the food and beverage department. Coach new team members of policies and procedures that are expected from the company. Assist in all food and beverage outlets including, but not limited to, breakfast, lunch, quick service, lobby bar and dinner outlets. Reading and understanding sales, guest totals, and goals. Understanding menu maintenance and the breakdown of cocktails. Learning and understanding costs and revenue, as well as maintaining low payroll costs when making team members schedules. Supervise, schedule and assign daily work activities, monitor team member performance and follow up with positive or constructive feedback, ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol awareness, assist team members with any guests inquiries or complaints, monitor inventory and inventory control.
