Current- Regional HR Lead for a multi billion dollar mid-market insurance broker ranked in the top 5 largest in the world focused on Commercial & Private Client Insurance, Employee Benefits, and Retirement & Private Wealth- Provide HR mentorship, development, and subject matter leadership for my Texas HR team which is responsible for 950+ employees- Act as an integral business partner to 2 company Presidents collaborating in the creation of strategic priorities as a member of their Executive Leadership Teams- Manage multiple strategic projects such as compensation and performance benchmarking, employee engagement initiatives, and development of the Texas Leadership Academy employee development program- Lead HR due diligence, onboarding, and integration activities for mergers and acquisitions which have led to a doubling of the employee headcount in the Texas region- Selected by the HUB Texas President as the 2022 winner of the President's Cup Award for the "team member who has consistently gone above and beyond during the year and puts others above themselves"- Participated in expert panel discussions at the HUB International Texas Leadership Summit and Fort Worth HR Employment Law Update for hundreds of attendees at each conference- Coach senior leaders and front-line managers on how to resolve the most complex employee relations and legal issues
