Built a dedicated team of Corporate and Field Trainers who were responsible for company-wide classroom and virtual training of 2000 employees and 2500 contract Veterinarians in corporate offices, Wellness Centers, Mobile Clinics, manufacturing, and distribution centers across the US. Responsible for re-engineering and oversight of multiple online learning platforms. Partnered with IT, Marketing, and Business Development to design/deploy systems and product training enterprise-wide. Developed and managed a comprehensive training program for a newly formed Customer Service/Call Center.

LifeCycle Content Manager - Managed international team in support of various Learning & Development projects. Monitored/managed system data and LCMS content for HP partners world-wide in conjunction with internal L&D team. Streamlined processes related to lifecycle of standalone (non-certification) courseware.

Managed all aspects of education and training for all employees, including over 100 managers at accounts throughout the northwest. Provided food safety training for all hourly and salaried employees. Launched Thomas Cuisine Management University with leadership training and coaching programs for managers. Developed and managed Dietary Manager certification program in partnership with University of North Dakota.

Redesigned entire eLearning program for over 3000 employees, trained onsite LMS administrators, and tested/deployed a new course authoring tool. Conducted on-site facilitator training for engineering SME's to fast-track new hire engineer certification. Represented BE&K as featured speaker at Chief Learning Officer conference in San Diego. Responsible for the design and delivery, and management of eLearning for over 25,000 employees world-wide. Expanded an existing LMS used for technical training to deliver leadership training globally. Developed program to deploy laptops for training employees company-wide as an alternative to leasing at each location, resulting in over $20,000 annual savings. Invited to attend and represent URS at Irish Learning Showcase in Dublin, Ireland.

I served over 20 years in the U.S. Navy (Submarine Service). While on active duty, I was a nuclear trained reactor operator, propulsion plant supervisor, and simulator instructor. Part of a select team tasked with designing, testing, and deploying the Navy's first nuclear power plant simulator, which revolutionized training and qualification of operators. I served 8 years in the Naval Reserve with SPAWAR - Charleston, in a Naval communications unit supporting the US Joint Chiefs of Staff.
