Joined the Paddywax and Olivina teams and am very excited about the opportunities available with the new Paddywax and Vineyard Hill Naturals product lines. Focused on helping National Accounts continue to grow their Candle and Personal Care product categories.

Started with Thomas Nelson Gifts/C.R. Gibson in 1989. I have worked in a variety of sales and management positions within the company over the past 24 years. In each role (i.e. National Sales Manager, Director of National Accounts and Vice President of Sales), I have been successful at growing the company's business. As mentioned above, our sales revenue grew by 34% over the last three years. I have also been very effective in handling key accounts directly and while managing a sales team. Gibson:National Sales Manager -- 1989 - 1995 -- Successfully recruited and developed Independent Sales Agencies while managing select Key Accounts, a National Sales Manager, as well as the Telesales and Customer Support Teams. Director of National Accounts -- 1995 - 2001 -- Successfully managed over 20 National Key Accounts directly as well as worked with Manufacturer Rep Agencies, National Sales Manager, Sales Support and Sales Coordinator. Vice President of Sales -- 2001 - 2010 -- Successfully managed the Mass Market Stationery and Middle Market Sales teams. Continued to effectively handle over 15 Mass Market and Middle Market Accounts directly while managing a National Sales Manager, Sales Support, Business Analyst, and Sales Coordinator Teams.Vice President of Strategic Sales Divsion -- 2010 - 2013 -- Successfully managed two Vice Presidents of Sales, two National Sales Managers, one Business Analyst, and one Sales Coordinator while having direct sales responsibility for Walmart and Staples. As mentioned above, our team grew sales revenue by 34% over the past three years while increasing our gross margins by 6%.

Audited Hospitals within the Humana Hospital Network. Made Financial and Operational Efficiency recommendations to Corporate and Hospital Management Teams.

Audited and provided Management Business Services for a large variety of retail and manufacturing clients.
