• Perform accurate periodic reconciliation of sales and orders account against business accounts which includes bank statements, credit cards, cash books and any other accounts owned by the company.• Maintaining knowledge of inventory control & compliance policies /procedures.• Assisting with accounting for VAT and other tax filings, accounts receivables, accounts payables while maintaining records and filing systems.

• Verifying costs with vendors and suppliers, estimating expenditures and recommending cost-saving measures to upper management.• Assist with strategic financial management activities including annual budget development, financial planning and cash flowing, and financial reporting.• Vendor sourcing for construction materials from domestic markets• Assist to prepare (RFQ) Packages for contractor services and prepare contractual documents between the company and persons / entities awarded contracts.
