Direct responsibility for manufacturing, environmental health and safety, planning, continuous improvement and logistics; indirect responsibility for sales, engineering and quality.

Lead cross-functional teams to meet sales, profit and new business goals by prioritizing and coordinating engineering activities, implementing process improvements in operations, controlling variable cost and productivity, and supporting Business Development in cost estimation process.

Recruited to manage all Spirit Aerosystem programs generating $144 million annual sales. The statement of work consisted of 120 part numbers with precision 5-Axis machining and complex assembly requirements. Aircraft platforms included the 737, 737 MAX, 777, 787 and A350. Oversee scope, time and cost of projects during the planning and execution stage.-Successfully reduced costs by 10% leading a team in a process improvement initiative for the 737 MAX Hinge and Latch Bifurcation Beams.-Developed and implemented a process for reporting program health relating to delivery, quality, and constraint identification. This process was used as a benchmark for other customers.

Effectively interacted with OEM's and Tier One Suppliers within the Aerospace industry for the purpose of securing new business for the company. In my position I successfully collected, managed, and delegated data and tasks to department heads, suppliers, or regulatory authorities in a timely manner. Concurrently, I supported ADI's Business Development department in the preparation of business proposals, reviewing 3-D models for new business request for quotations and perform cost analysis functions for jobs previously awarded.

Provided safe air transportation to a diverse population of passengers around the U.S. while assisting the captain in making timely decisions. Prepared weight and balance documentation, load manifests, aircraft service restrictions relating to MEL's and weather briefings.
