Project management & technical lead). -Quality improvement plans definition and implementation for APAC Hood. -Connect APAC product line requirement and Global innovation strategy for Hood category.

-Connect product requirement from Product line, working out the technical architecture and clear development planning and technical roadmap;-Clarify the relationship between requirements and architecture to ensure the rationality of the architecture.-Take role of the product development of technical consultants, provide technical guideline and 4. --Technical audit for the system/module development- Concept research of Ventilation, guide engineers to complete the product research project-Technical review of important changes- Complexity management of the core module and the interface guideline definition-

Responsible to lead the Air purifying module team(Grease Filter, Oil collector, Self-Clean, Kinematics... ), present in Hood development team, with following key targets: -Module roadmap definition for 3-5 years for Hood China.- Quality improvement and cost out for Air Purifying modules. - Module complexity management and Phase In and Phase Out Plan for modules.

Responsible for Slope/Side absorption hood development.Quality improvement / Cost out for existing mass production hood product.

Worked in the development of gas water heater, assisting in the development of gas water heaters and fully premixed wall furnaces. And successfully debugged a 10L/12L thermal system Variant product.

Responsible for the Sakura high-end brand GENUSS disinfection cabinet development and new technology research Synchronously lead the development of two disinfection cabinets and its new technology research, but due to the company's organizational restructuring, development to the "design release" stage, suspended project development.
