About Rocky Datoo (She/Her)

As well as being a qualified Mental Health First Aid instructor, I offer RAW (resilience and wellbeing) assessments, coaching, workshops, leadership development programmes, facilitate action learning sets and deliver the This is Me programme for The Juno Project, a charity dedicated to empowering vulnerable teenage girls at risk of exclusion. I believe in redefining what’s possible by challenging perceptions and discovering hidden abilities. I also firmly believe in the value of a diverse workforce and seek to support those who want, or need, to work differently to “the norm” to be able to do so in a way that balances the needs of employers with their people. By playing devil’s advocate I help clients define what they want and understand what is in their way. Additionally I’m a school governor dedicated to enhancing a growth mindset ethos and celebrating the value of every child.
