Senior Facilitator
I was very proud to work with the founder, Ali Golds, to facilitate the This is Me (TiM) programme for The Juno Project. I worked with young women, from 11-19, who, for a variety of reasons, felt disempowered. We explored:- Our relationship with ourselves- Our relationships with others- Work/career mattersPrimarily delivered in school through highly interactive sessions to help redress a negative mindset and empower our young women to achieve their potential. During the lockdowns in 2020/21, I developed an online programme so we could support more people at a time of heightened isolation. As senior facilitator I represented The Juno Project at a number of local networks as well as training and mentoring new facilitators as The Juno Project grew.
