Responsibility =- Provide day-to-day technical support for end user, maintenance and troubleshooting for all business IT-related hardware, software, network, printers, ERP system & solution.- Deploy PCs, Printers, and associated IT devices including new installation, implementation and upgrades (OS, firmware, patches, etc.)- AD and file server (Synology Nas) administrator (creation, modify, grant access, and terminate user account)- Implement, communicate and enforce of Group Technology policies and standards as well as ensure strict compliance by all parties.- Data integrity checking ensure sales, interfaces & jobs are running smoothly.- Work closely and maintain good working relationships with IT vendors and contractors. Negotiate for better service terms and conditions. Supervise works carried out by contractors and ensure compliance to standard guidelines and requirements and ensure all incidents are resolved within the SLA.- Support and manage retail POS PC, TV player, Music Player & CCTV system at retail stores nationwide.- Stand by on phone of the non-working hours or days and ready to guide though the phone/remote access (Teamviewer, Anydesk) or travel to retail stores/HQ in case of any incident happen.- Work closely with the Retail support/operation team to identify and assist in resolution of non-technical faults on the devices and all POS related issue.- Assist & support superior in IT Systems installation, configuration, implementation & Regional project rollouts (CR Indonesia & CR Vietname).- Planned quarterly maintenance service of site visits to repair, collect and deliver faulty devices to and from sites.- Undertake other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time

-Manage and implement Aivoria Group eCommerce strategy for local & international market aimed to build strong presence, grow sales and to increase members.-Management and eCommerce functions including platform usability, product and content information-across multiple brands and services.-Drives web traffic/sales, growth of eCommerce applications via targeted online campaigns and retention strategies, with high level of customer acquisition and conversion

Provide day-to-day proactive IT operational support to end users (HQ)-Deploy, manage and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other related hardware and software.-Site reliability operations: deploy, maintain, execute and support procedures for outlet reliability operations.-Administer and do maintenance server-Intiate action to ensure problems are addressed promptly and appropriately: problem analysis and resolution.-To support new outlet systems setup.-Work closely with external vendor - service helpdesk to provide end-user support.-Responsible in asset tracking, management and disposal.-Administration of user/group accounts(Active Directory), including set up of user and email account.-Provide IT Training to end users as and when necessory.-Deploy and maintain HQ/Outlet network infrastructure to ensure performance and reliability for local LANS, Internet connectivity.-Assist in IT Budgeting, Application deploments and Business Continuity Exercise.-Liaise and coordinate with IT vendors on procurement or support of hardware/software and IT maintenance contracts
