CAPX is the culmination of Rocky’s two decades of experience in corporate M&A, banking, capital markets and general management. While Rocky started his career in M&A, he received his formative finance training at GE Capital as an underwriter and portfolio manager of corporate loans. He gained deeper understanding of the broader debt markets as a structuring professional in GE Capital Markets, where he won and executed some of the largest syndicated loan transactions undertaken by GE Capital. Finally, Rocky translated his credit and capital markets knowledge into a successful career as an originator at GE Capital, followed by Wells Fargo. Over the years, Rocky has worked on hundreds of deals in almost every industry utilizing numerous capital structures. His broad experience and years of interaction with clients and financial services colleagues alike have enabled him to identify opportunities for improvement in the contemporary corporate finance practices. CAPX is the result of his efforts to change corporate finance for better.
