• Prepare and carry out submissions for consumables, office stationery, and attributes accurately and in a timely manner for the needs of the Drop Center area, 2 Drop Points, and 20 Collection Points to meet overall operational needs.• Daily, weekly and monthly reports of consumables, office stationery, and attributes for the Drop Center area and 2 Drop Points as a form of routine reports and analysis of the use of consumables optimally and on target.• Conduct routine checks in the Drop Center area and regular visits to 2 Drop Points every 2 weeks to check the current condition of building maintenance, completeness of company branding, and the condition of assets owned by Drop Point to become a routine report to the Head of the Office and follow up on the results of the report.• Designing and preparing Drop Center and 2 Drop Point renovation applications that have been damaged, which collaborates with third parties and supervises and follows up on any renovation processes such as checking points of damage, confirmation of the third party offers for material specifications requirements, and length of time for the renovation process to run smooth operations can run well.• Create weekly cleanup reports applying 6S (Sort, Stabilize, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) for the Drop Center area and 2 Drop Points.• Establishing and maintaining good communication between the Sprinter, Warehouse, Transporter, Quality Control, Finance, Admin Drop Point, and Owner Collection Point divisions in order to optimally fulfill operational needs.

• Collects and records more than 9,000 company assets resulting in comprehensive supervision and maintenance of company assets• Evaluating company assets after procurement to provide recommendations for renewal or replacement of new company assets to increase work productivity• Manage legal documents of company assets for licensing purposes and accelerate the completeness of company asset administration• Maintain relationships with company divisions, regional offices, branch offices, and warehouse offices as well as with external parties to create better cooperation and coordination• Creating and implementing work systems, especially in company asset management• Make regular reports on the latest developments in company assets to the leadership of the board of directors that produce policy recommendations for the benefit of the company• Fostering and providing direction to interns in their daily tasks to assist GA administration activities
