As the CEO of Grand Street Settlement, I lead a historic $60M+ nonprofit organization that serves over 17,500 low-income families in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, throughout Brooklyn, and in the Bronx, NY. We now support over 18,000 New Yorkers every year.Our operating budget has quadrupled from $15 Million to $60+ Million. Our youth and early childhood programs have expanded to the neighborhoods of highest need in Brooklyn. We serve as the Community Partner at the Essex Crossing development ensuring that community needs are addressed. And we raised $18M+ with the Board of Directors to fully renovate our 32K square ft LES community center hub. -
