I am excited to be a part of US Radiology Specialists and part of building the best patient centered radiology care in the country. I head an I.T. department for Radiology Ltd. that is focused on collaboration, innovation, technology and bleeding edge ideas. I have a clinical background in radiology that transitioned to imaging informatics and then to information technology. Radiology Ltd. is a technology company first and is run accordingly investing in the right staff and technology to support it. Technology doesn't work unless it is properly integrated with the humans that use it. The team is what makes information technology work, you need talented people who are given the tools and education to innovate with the freedom to come up with outside of the box solutions. For this to work you need a cohesive culture that encourages these ideas. My team consists of DBA's, programmers, application specialists, Imaging informatics administrators, network administrator, system administrator, storage and VM administrators, help desk, project coordinator and technical PR representatives. No one team member is more important the other, the whole department cannot work with out the sum of its parts.It is my passion to guide and sustain an environment where my team can grow, innovate and succeed which ultimately will mean that Radiology Ltd will succeed and prosper.
