I lead talent acquisition and onboarding efforts for one of the biggest professional services firms in the US and oversee a team that hires more than 13,000 professionals on an annual basis, from entry level to experienced hires including short term labor (e.g. talent exchange and PwC’s flexible talent network). I am focused on a strategy for sustainable change, rooted in recruiting talent in new ways, evolving our people’s experience, and continuing to build a more diverse and inclusive workforce. I am also leading efforts with academia, providing input for the digital transformation of business curriculum and engaging professors in developmental opportunities to learn new technology tools and increase their digital skills. In my role, I am committed to inspire and empower the next wave of leaders by attracting, retaining, and advancing individuals at every level. I have overseen the transition to a fully virtual recruiting, interview, and onboarding process. As a result, we were able to keep our summer internship program during COVID for 3,500 interns, and for full-time hires, we honored all offers including 4,800 entry-level hires. As we shift to an increasingly digital economy and remote ways of working, I am focused on building a digital-first recruiting function that attracts leading technology professionals from around the world—from those just starting their careers to experienced professionals. Playing an active role in how the business community creates, enables, and grants access is a priority of mine as we continue building a more diverse, inclusive, and tech-enabled workforce. This includes working more closely with community colleges, HBCUs, Hispanic serving institutions and innovating with schools across the board.

As the Human Capital Strategy Leader for the US Advisory practice at PwC, I was responsible for the development and direction of the PwC Advisory's people strategy for over 10,000+ partners and staff. I also held the role of Market HR Leader for Greater Chicago where I was responsible for the consistent execution of the firm's people strategy for more than 2,200 partners and staff across all lines of service in the firm's Greater Chicago Market.
