Responsible for Risk Management Project to recovery the IATF 16949 certificate. With a small team we worked to structuring a management methodology for Flowchart, SIPOC, PFMEA and Control Plan. The result was the certificate recovery and the implementation of the new methodology with cross-functional teams working in PFMEA and Control Plan for all current and new products and processes.

I worked in a Kaizen project that improved a line work process in 40%, reaching the takt time in line production by standardization the work instruction.
